Just as your needs in business change and evolve, so do ours; Murray, Bryce and Prue have decided to dissolve the practice of Carey Smith & Co Ltd and set up individual businesses from 30 January 2012. The decision to restructure is one that allows each of them to go in different directions while still looking after the needs of their clients.

The directors will operate Chartered Accountancy practices and provide the same services, so for you there should be a seamless transition. They will continue to provide trusted advice, reliable information and efficient accounting services to keep your affairs on a sound financial footing.

We are continuing to work through the process of restructuring and separating, and while we do that there are a myriad of decisions to make. So in the interim until January 2012 we are still all together at 162 Wicksteed Street with the same contact details.
